Educational Qualification Post-Wise:
·       Dy. General Manager (Min.), E-5 grade: Applicant should have BE/B. Tech in Mining Engineering with 1st Class MMCC
·       Sr. Manager (Min.), E-4 grade: Applicant should have BE/B. Tech in Mining Engineering with 1st Class MMCC.
·       Manager (Min.), E-3 grade: Applicant should have B.E./B.Tech in Mining Engineering with 1st Class MMCC.

Experience: 
·       Minimum 4 years of relevant experience for Manager Posts
·       8 years of relevant experience for Sr. Manager Posts
·       12 Years of Relevant Experience for Dy. GM Posts. 

Age Limit: 
Candidate will get Upper Age Limit by 44 Years for Dy. GM, 40 Years for Sr. Manager and 36 Years for Manager Posts. The applicant will get age relaxation to reserved categories as per government rules.
